Foray
Account

Delete your Foray account.

Two ways to do it. All fully remove your profile, activities, journal photos, and avatar from our servers — no soft-delete, no hidden archive, no recovery.

From inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Foray on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Settings tab (bottom right).
  3. Tap your name at the top of the Settings screen.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen.
  5. Tap Delete account and confirm in the alert sheet that appears.

You’ll be signed out and returned to a fresh, signed-out state. The deletion happens server-side in a single transaction — it is final and cannot be undone.

By email (if you can't access the app)

If you’ve uninstalled Foray, lost your device, or can no longer sign in for any reason, email us and we will delete your account manually within 7 days.

Send the request from the email address associated with your Foray account (or your Apple private-relay address — we can match it back) to sundaylabs.app@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Foray account.”

Include any extra detail that helps us identify your account (e.g., approximate sign-up date). We’ll reply when the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your Foray user account.
  • Your display name and avatar photo.
  • All recorded activities and their associated track data.
  • All field-journal text and photos.
  • All reflection notes attached to activities.

Local copies on the device you used to delete are also wiped so the app feels like a fresh install afterwards.

What about Apple's side

Foray cannot revoke your Apple Sign-In grant from our side (that’s controlled entirely by Apple). To remove Foray’s access there too, after deleting your Foray account, go to: iOS Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → Foray → Stop using Sign in with Apple.

That step is optional — without it, you simply have an unused authorization in your Apple ID settings.
